Steps:
1) Draw a circle
2) Draw lines inside the circle as shown below.
3) Draw eyes(through lines) as mention in the below snap.
4) Draw its mouth and horn feathers(through lines) as mention in the below snap.
5) Draw Circles as resembles as Iron man's chest and lines to show as acrobat.
6) Draw inner lines in eyes and chest to shows as robotic
7) Fill the color as shown below
