* Draw a square shown in the fig1.
* draw a triangle coincide with the right hand side as shown in fig2.
* draw a triangle at the top of the bigger triangle as fin as shown in fig2.
* draw 2 triangle at the bottom,right side of the square as shown in fig3.
* draw 2 circles as eye as shown in fig4.
* draw an oval at the top of the square as shown in fig4.
* Color as ur wish and make shades to fill as attractive.
