Please find the below steps using basic shapes and lines to draw the same.

Steps:

1) Draw an oval as shown below

2) Bisect the oval (70:30) and draw it tail using line tool as shown below

3) Draw its fins as shown below

4) Draw circles as its eyes and lines as gills and design as shown below

5) Draw all the fins and lines as shown below

6) Remove unwanted lines and draw the inner lines as shown below

7) Fill the color to form a Clone fish
